Craig Ballantyne is most known for his advanced paid fat loss course called Turbulence Training, but he also gives tons of free advice online. I own all of paid stuff and implement his methods to burn fat when I'm crunched for time.
Here is a great free video he created to show people a proper warm-up to do before body weight intervals. This same routine will work well if you are doing kettlebell circuits to get ripped...or even traditional lifting.
A Great Warm-up Circuit...
1)
Prisoner Sumo Squat - 15-20 reps
2) Offset Pushups - 10 reps per side
3) Wall "Stick Up" Exercise - 5-10 reps
4) Standing Cross Crawls - 15-20 reps
5) Reverse Lunges - 5 reps per side
Rest 1-2 Minutes and then do all these exercises one more time
This is a great warmup to do before every workout, but works exceptionally well with for body weight intervals or kettlebell training.

The great thing about this warm-up
is that it gets you ready for just about any activity.
Obviously if you are lifting you would need to do a lighter set or two
before going heavy.

Turbulence Training
This is a sales page for his course, but it is much more than just a single page. He has a way to get a free course, videos, etc. He also has a zillion helpful video samples on Youtube.
I did a 2 part interview with him a while back and that is when I became convinced that his course was one of the best on the "net". I thought I knew what "Turbulence Training" was about, but my assumptions were wrong...
